I'm not sure about the apartments but heard communities  close to new Kroger on E 10th Street are good. Although for 1BHK there is a long wait in most of the communities around here. You better visit leasing offices

There is no Indain community around Clarksville,  Jeffersonville, I'm not sure about Prospect . I have been in here for 8+ months but never saw a Indian family in the surroundings except me and my colleague . If you need Indian Community around you, stay in Louisville.
