We have a condo very close to downtown. 10 min drive to Humana and 12 mins to UofL. Many medical residents live in the condo complex.

My daughter is studying at UofL and has a room available to move in. The room is empty and you can bring your own furniture. The condo is well furnished. Has all the latest kitchenware, sofa and loveseat, coffee table, coffee maker. Washer/ Dryer in condo. Rent will be 650 per month. Free wifi/ water and electricity. There is no TV (By design -- but if you want one you can keep that in your room and pay for the services).

There is a common restroom which is not used by my daughter as she has an attached restroom in the room where she lives. There's 1 closet available in the room.

Very sought after, quiet area with a nice deck.
