they are 100% fake. don't try.

fairly certain this is a scam; similar to one where the if you post something is for sale or room is for rent the scammer would be willing to buy/rent but cannot come in person. He/She will then send you money (your asking price + 2k-3K over) online and then request you to send the remainder back. Have a few frnds who have been a victim of this scam.
