Extended stay Hotel available in Niagara falls (Buffalo)

Hi, we had booked a hotel room in Extended stay (Amherst near to Niagara falls, Buffalo) for this saturday stay using Hotwire. However due to change in some travel plan, I won't be able to make it. The price paid is 60$/night (can be nego).
Due to restrictions from Hotwire, I am unable to cancel it, but will be able to transfer it to your name.
