Extended stay Hotel accommodation available in Cleveland

Hi, we had booked a hotel room in Extended stay (Beachwood near to Cleveland) for this friday stay using Hotwire. However due to change in some travel plan, I won't be able to make it. The price paid is 60$/night (can be nego).
Due to restrictions from Hotwire, I am unable to cancel it, but will be able to transfer it to your name.
