I have my own house in a very convenient and peaceful in Louisville(EAST) area (Westport Road near Temple). We are originally from India, but here in Louisville for last 14+ yrs.  All on a sudden my husband got transferred to Tennessee and my only son is in college (UK, Lexington).

My house is approx 1800sqft, with nearly 10,000sqft of lawn and a beautiful deck on my back yard. The room is 10’ X 11’ furnished along with personal bathroom. You can enjoy my family room, kitchen with utensils for cooking your food. Washer/dryer along with car garage you can also use.

My husband and my son would be here in Louisville during every weekend if situation permits.

I need monthly rent $450.00 inclusive of all utilities, electricity, internet, water, garbage, cable TV, etc) by the beginning of first week of every month if you go month to month basis. If you commit to stay minimum of 6 months then I can reduce that to $400.00/month choice is yours.

From my side I need   good references, out of one should be from your work place. Room would be ready to move in by the 1^st of August.
